On the Application server
Depending on whether the viewserver is externally installed or not, the installation process is a bit different.
You can verify this by check whether the ViewServer.jar file sits in the default (internal) or alternate (external)
deployments directory

- When ViewServer is internally installed:

1. Stop the WebCenter JBoss service
2. Backup the file WebCenter\ApplicationServer\Jboss\server\default\deployments\ViewServer.jar to a folder outside deployments.
3. Expand the ViewServer.zip and copy the ViewServer.jar file to WebCenter\ApplicationServer\Jboss\server\default\deployments and overwrite the existing file.
4. Restart the WebCenter JBoss service
